Murchison Falls National Park (3 days, 2 nights)Trip high lights: Viewing the falls, Game drive, Nile cruise ship, Chimpanzee trekking in kaniyo pabidi Day 1 after breakfast, begin the panoramic drive northwest through famous Luwero Triangle and Masindi Town to Murchsion Falls National Park. You will have a stop over in Masindi for lunch and then proceed to Murchsion falls National Park. You will visit the top of the falls where you can see the Nile’s beauty perfected! Marvel at the Nile, compressing from a 50meter to squeeze through a 6-meter canyon dropping 40 meters with a thunderous roar. Day 2 Take an early morning Game Drive. You will drive across to Lake Albert and the Nile delta and our friendly staff will help you view animals. Hungry Lions can often be seen searching for prey, the legendary giant forest hog, large herds of elephants making their way down to the water, buffalo, warthog, bushbucks and many primates. This boat trip along the Nile is often cited as being the highlight of a trip to Murchison since it allows you to get up-close and personal with the animals. Along this stretch of the river, there are reported to be around 4,000 hippos in addition to some enormous Nile crocodiles. The bird life is stunning with brightly colored kingfishers and bee-eaters darting along the riverbanks. If you are lucky, you may see the rare and prehistoric looking shoebill, which is a cross between the dodo and a dinosaur. The boat takes you all the way to the base of the falls. Day 3 After break fast, we will return to Kampala stopping at the kaniyo pabidi reserve to trek chimpanzees we will continue and stop in Masindi for lunch and the after your safari guide will transfer you to Kampala.
